Canine Retreat offers both private training and group training classes from beginner to advanced, including basic obedience, AKC’s Canine Good Citizen® and AKC S.T.A.R.™ Puppy.
Group training classes run in six-week cycles and focus on positive reinforcement techniques to improve the communication between you and your dog and strengthen your bond. An experienced trainer provides constructive feedback and practical tips for continuing your dog’s training at home.

A Bergen County native, Babette began working in her family’s upstate New York kennel as a child. She continues that tradition by offering puppy training, obedience classes, house training, and problem-solving guidance throughout New York City and New Jersey.
